Returns and exchanges
If your order does not bring you satisfaction, you may return or exchange your item(s) received within 30 days of placing your order and your returned item(s) must be received by us within 30 days of the original date your order was shipped out to you. To be eligible for a return, your order item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no marks, unwashed, no odor, no lint or hair of any kind, and to be returned and received with it's original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at returns@spartanssportswear.com with your name, order number, and reason for the return to get started.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We have no responsibility for items that are returned and are lost with a carrier and not physically received by us. If a return is sent to us and it is lost in transit we will only issue store credit for the item(s) if tracking shows it was in transit to our warehouse.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as gift cards and items bought on gift cards, as well as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want in an exchange, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, To be eligible for a return, your order item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no marks, unwashed, no odor, no lint or hair of any kind, and to be returned and received with it's original condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
More on returns
We are not responsible for shipping carriers meaning we are not responsible for their actions, resultantly returns or refunds for shipping costs due to later than expected deliveries will not be accepted. We are very sorry If any items do not arrive in time.
We hold no responsibility for stolen or lost items and such cannot be issued a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
